Yoana finds a solid foundation in Hatha yoga and over 10 years of somatic work and clinical work experience with sports and work related injuries and traumas. Prior to establishing her Healing Arts Studio in Laguna Hills she gained valuable experience working as a physical therapy assistant and therapist with established chiropractic and physical therapy clinics in Orange County, CA. Her work has been known to alleviate symptoms of chronic fatigue, emotional trauma, fibromyalgia, TMJ, frozen shoulder, sciatica, low back pain and more. When not at work Yoana can be found on the yoga mat, meditating, crafting healthy meals and juices and contributing to precious family and community life.

She specializes in custom tailoring her massage to client needs and concerns. She began practicing chair massage to address the postural imbalances of repetitive stresses placed on the body in the workplace and often teaches stretches and can give suggestions on how to relieve common ailments. In her work with Seniors Christine brings her compassionate touch, and therapeutic knowledge to clients in their own homes or senior care facility where they are most comfortable.
